Cleanliness is important to us. We strive to guarantee a check-in until 3pm. To make this possible, we kindly ask you to comply with our check-out time at 10:30am.

To check into your room, please see our front desk staff in the hotel building. We are happy to assist with your luggage. Your car will be parked in one of our garages for you. Please leave your car keys with one of our friendly staff at the reception desk.

If your arrival time will be past 6pm, we kindly ask you to let us know prior to your arrival and to leave us with a mobile number.

There is the option of a vegetarian 5-course menu.
If you have any intolerances, please contact us at the time of booking and we will endeavour to take these into consideration.

We are happy to offer a bread service to our apartment guests. We deliver freshly baked bread rolls and/or bread ordered from Backstube Lech directly to your apartment door in the morning.

If you wish to place an order, our friendly reception staff is happy to receive your wishes personally or via telephone until 11am of the previous day. You are welcome to make use of the bread service for the length of your stay.

Dogs are only allowed in our apartments and the apartment building, but under no circumstances in the hotel.
If you wish to bring your dog, please inform us at the time of your enquiry.

You and your children have access to table tennis, a kicker table and a X-box with assorted games, free of charge.

By reservation our massage therapists offer a variety of sports massages. Appointments available prior to your arrival.

Sauna, bio-sauna and steam bath are available for all our guests free of charge. The solarium costs €7.-/10min. We ask for your understanding that children under 16 are not admitted. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We reserve one complimentary parking spot per room in our hotel-owned parking garage for our hotel guests. Upon request apartment guests are welcome to park their car in our garage for EUR 15.- per day (subject to availability).

We take the liberty to charge a 2% surcharge for third-party services, which are booked outside of your arrangement (e.g. ski school, ski pass, babysitter, concierge services, etc.), but you wish to settle through your hotel bill.

For bookings from Friday - Sunday we will charge the high season price of the respective room or apartment.

The local tax of € 3.80 per person/night (from 14 years of age) will be charged in addition to your room rate.

We accept debit card (EC), maestro, VISA and MASTER card.
We take the liberty to charge a 2% surcharge onto the total price, if you wish to pay by debit card or a different credit card.

Please take note of the Austrian Hotel Regulations (österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen) if you wish to cancel your booking or in case of an early departure.

There is a fixed charging point for your electric vehicle in the hotel. A charge is only possible over night and not open to the public. We have a portable cord for our apartment guests at the same conditions.

Free Wi-Fi is available for the hotel and apartment building which is accessible in all rooms and apartments as well as in all commonly used areas like hotel bar, restaurant, play room, etc.

We guarantee to regularly air the restaurant and bar area.

Pursuant to the Reporting Act, we are obliged to pass defined personal data to the authorities or the local municipality (e.g. name, date of birth, nationality, registered address). No further data will be passed on without your consent.

Exceptions: Ski pass system, Lech Card, medical and rescue team, executive bodies, hotel correspondence, contact numbers for transferred bookings.

You can unsubscribe from our own mailing and newsletter service at any time. We secure and save only booking-related data. Only named or authorised people in the company have access to it.
Allergies, intolerances, special requests, etc. must be forwarded accordingly in-house.
